We started with converting 11 Hi-School Pharmacy stores in Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA into Walgreens. In one year, all 11 Walgreens were completed and opened on time, from permitting to turnover. We have constructed at least one Walgreens store per year since our founding in 1995 including Washington sites in Vancouver, Longview, Bellevue, Olympia and Bainbridge Island; Oregon sites in Wilsonville, St. Helens, Ontario, Crescent City, Roseburg, Eugene, Woodburn and Portland; and a store in Butte, MT.
