The Quinn Building
The Quinn was a former JC Penny building from the 1950s in downtown Vancouver that we renovated for developers Cascadia Development Partners. Along with the 3-story, 40,000 sq. ft. project, R&O also completed 14,000 sq. ft. of office and retail tenant improvements.
