Sky Bridge: The Terminal One sky bridge is an all glass, 27 feet wide, 63 feet long suspended walkway at level 8 between blocks A & C. The bridge is permanently attached at Block C and joins at block A with an expansion joint. The two 44” deep supporting beams weighing 230 lbs/ft. span through the roof and the walkway is suspended underneath by twelve 1" steel rods at each side.

Outdoor Amenities: There are multiple rooftop patios included, as we believe outdoor spaces are important for relaxation and collaboration. These areas will offer breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, providing employees with opportunities for rejuvenation and inspiration.

Ground Floor Retail: The ground floor retail space serves as a vibrant community hub, offering convenience and accessibility to building occupants and surrounding residents. Curated retail offerings enhance the tenant experience, activating public spaces and contributing to the economic and social vitality of the neighborhood.

Parking Garages: Terminal One’s five story parking garage spans both blocks and contains 1,210 total parking stalls with 942 being available to the public. Parking will be controlled by an automated parking management pay-to-park system.

"The Launch": This is the project's most prominent architectural feature, emphasizing its unique design and functionality. The cascading structure between the twin towers creates an inviting space for interaction and recreation, with ascending levels of stairs, lush landscaping, and outdoor seating areas, fostering a sense of community and connection among building occupants.
