The scope included two 55,000 sq. ft. ground-up apartment buildings, each with an 11,096 sq. ft. footprint. Each building is four floors of wood framed apartments (71 units) atop a single elevated PT deck with one level of at grade parking beneath. Additionally, the project included construction of a 1,100 sq. ft. clubhouse/leasing office at the south end of the 3.15-acre site. The developer asked us to come back to build out Building C and complete this development.
