The project consisted of a single multi-family building on a full city block in the Uptown District with one level of underground parking and 167 apartment units. The first above-ground floor of the building offered retail spaces on one of the sides, where the remaining three sides of the structure were ground-level walk-up apartment units. The total square footage was 230,697 sq. ft. with a footprint of 38,879 sq. ft. This project earned a LEED Silver designation, in part for using energy efficient appliances, low flow plumbing fixtures, LED lighting, locally produced framing materials and diverting excavated soil for use on other sites, to name a few.
