For this project, Robertson & Olson built nine separate buildings anchored by a 52,000 sq. ft. New Season’s Market and an 87,000 sq. ft. AMC luxury movie theater. We also constructed four inline retail buildings totaling 40,000 sq. ft. and two mixed-use Class A office buildings totaling 50,000 sq. ft., used for retail below and commercial tenants above. Our civil work included, among other amenities, three plazas with interactive fountains, fine exposure concrete, stone walls and benches. We built a floating dock as part of this project and upgraded an adjacent City of Beaverton Park.
