PRE-CONSTRUCTION

SCHEDULE DEVELOPMENT & CONTROL
At Robertson & Olson, we understand how important scheduling is for every project, larger or small. Our dedicated team of Schedule Managers accurately develop the schedule for every project, broken down into meticulous detail, by using a wide variety of tools, and their many years of combined knowledge in construction.
During our weekly job meetings, our Schedule Managers ensure every project is on target to be completed as scheduled. At this meeting, Robertson & Olson will present collaboratively developed schedule updates to ensure everyone involved in the project is aware of any projected substitutions or changes that could affect the project schedule.PROJECT EXECUTION & DELIVERY
